1) Association Fedora-fr
Attente de la réponse de la préfecture, publication au Journal Officiel.
Discussion à propos des tarifs d'adhésion à l'association (tarif normal, réduit, entreprise).
Les membres fondateurs / du CA doivent-ils payer ?
2) Boutique Fedora-fr
Débat sur la date d'ouverture de la boutique : Doit-on attendre la création de l'association (qui doit encaisser l'argent apporté par la boutique)?
pour :
- impatience de la communauté
- possibilité d'avoir un petit fond de caisse pour le lancement de l'asso
- possibilité d'avoir un crédit chez spreadshirt et de n'encaisser l'argent que plus tard
contre :
- entorse à la procédure normale (pas d'asso = pas de boutique)
Tarif de la boutique :
- 20% de marge en moyenne
- plus d'articles dans la boutique

Talks about the prices of subscriptions to the organisation (normal, reduced, company).
Do steering commitee members have to pay a subscription?

When should we open the shop? Do we need to wait for the creation of the organisation?
for :
- the community is really impatient.
- it's a good way to have some money when the organisation will be created. This will permit to start our actions quickly.
- spreadshirt permits to keep the money on the account, waiting for the creation of the organisation.
against :
- Is it really legal to do it?
Shop Prices:
- 20% of marges (average)
