Red Hat's mission: "To be the catalyst in communities of customers, developers, and partners creating better technology the open-source way."

Our mission: "To be the catalyst in communities of customers, developers, and partners creating better technology the open-source way."

Community Architecture is a Red Hat team consisting of Karsten Wade, Jack Aboutboul, Greg DeKoenigsberg, and Max Spevack, with Ian Weller and Mel Chua as interns, and other special guests throughout Red Hat and the Fedora community with whom we collaborate.

The team's goal is to bring a community-first mindset (and everything that entails) to various areas that are important to Red Hat's mission statement while still maintaining the flexibility and efficiency to pursue targets of opportunity that may present themselves. Current focus points rae education, project building within Red Hat, and stewardship of the Fedora community.

For more information about the Community Architecture team, please browse the pages below. In particular, here is how we do it.
