= Standard Operating Procedure for new council members

  1. send welcome to new members and thanks to previous ones to council discuss
  2. Move previous members to history.adoc
  3. Put new members in members.adoc
  4. add new members to council-private mailing list
  5. send standard private welcome message
  6. add new members to council FAS group
  7. add new members to fedora-council Pagure group
  8. add new IRC nicks to templates in Council_Meetings
  9. make sure new members are familiar with Council_Meetings and the Council Charter
  10. make sure meeting time works for new members; find new time if necessarily/ possible
