The Fedora Infrastructure is using three packages to test and monitor the health of the packager workflow and ensure the different applications involved in this workflow are working as expected.

These three packages are named:

  • dummy-test-package-gloster
  • dummy-test-package-rubino
  • dummy-test-package-crested

They do not contain anything of interest or useful to anyone. If you end up installing it, it will not bring you anything but should also not impact you in anyway.

The upstream of these RPMs can be found at: https://pagure.io/Fedora-Infra/dummy-package/
