Proposal to sort Scientific desktop menu entries

Current situation

In KDE menus, there are sometimes multiple menu entries for the same Scientific applications.

Since F-9, there is a dedicate menu category for electronic application provided by the electronics-menu package. All GUI packages under the Fedora Electronic Lab umbrella are requiring the electronics-menu package and FEL maintainers are recommended to
