is held annually, on one day (10h to 18h), at Cergy,France. Cergy is a suburb about 30 km to the north-west of Paris [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cergy]. This year the festival will be on September 3, 2011.
Associations and non-profit organisations, are grouped for this event (there are at least 300), to meet people from the region (Cergy-Pontoise). In this event, people can meet staff of associations, find a new activity, within an association, or just come by and talk. One can find an association, in education domain, a university, arts, sport, or other.

'''IIPT''' [http://www.informatique-cergy.org/], a little training center (Informatique et Internet Pour Tous), has participated in this event, since 2004, and has a booth there. I am the president of IIPT, and will attend the event this year as a Fedora Ambassador too. I will try my best to promote Fedora, and also gather the maximum of Fedora users, for my project "'''Fedora User Group of Cergy''', that we will try to launch at the end of September, this year.
