FOSDEM is the biggest free and non-commercial event organized by and for the community. Its goal is to provide Free and Open Source developers a place to meet. FOSDEM 2021 will take place 6-7 February 2021 on the Internet.

Fedora Stand Welcome Session Chat Sign Up
Directly before the start of sessions, FOSDEM organizers have set up a "Welcome Session" for each stand from 8:30-9AM UTC. It should also give you a pr e-configured event room you can use to give a live introduction on video / screen share at that time if desired. The organizers have noted that they will most likely mirror these welcome events across to Sunday as well.
