Bogota is a very tech city, with many FOSS communities around, also is a city with a lot of monthly tech meetups.


Since we don't have to spend money on the event organization, we can focus on bringing MORE people from different countries. This way, we can have a great FUDCon experience by sharing knowledge and culture with folks from different parts of LATAM.
