Schedule
According to our primary schedule, the next important dates are:
- ASAP to sign the accommodation contract (action eseyman, shaiton)
- ASAP to write a public page for marketing (fr/en)
- SOON to confirm the FUDPub location/meal (action shaiton)
- by August, booklet and tshirt design
- by the 28th of August to pay 50% of the accommodation fees (action kwizart, eseyman, shaiton)
- by the 27th of Sep the whole accommodation fees should have been paid (action kwizart, eseyman, shaiton)
Accommodation
Eseyman and Shaiton have the contract, for 30 twins for 3 nights. They need to sign it and give it back.
