You can see here how we managed our budget.

Our current budget is: $20k (RH) (EUR16k250) + ~EUR500 (other sponsor)

Fees:

  1. FUDPub, €3k
  2. tshirt, €1k5 (probably a bit less)
  3. lunch EUR5k (to check, UP EUR1600 for 2 meals. Contact: Havok_Novak)
  4. contributors reimboursment (to define the 16th of August) (around EUR4k actually)
  5. booklets and flyers EUR100
  6. look for tablecloth & kakemono, need to be budgetted
  7. badges and badge holder (need a quote here)
