* Minimum of 10 people, $50 penalty per person if we do not make the 10
Valid for travel on American Airlines, American Eagle, American Connection and all OneWorld partners. 
* All flights must be on UA planes, no partners
* 5% discount but must book 30 days in advance
* Can travel 3 days either side of the event
* 1 free ticket for every 40 booked

* 2-5% discount depends on origin city
* Can travel 2 days on either side of the event

To avoid a $20 per ticket booking fee it is recommended to book online at [http://www.aa.com www.aa.com].  You will need to use the following promotion code when booking to receive the discount:  2211AI
* Valid on AA planes and OneWorld Partners.  For international travel AA must be the over the water carrier
* 5% discount
* Can travel 3 days on either side of the event
* 1 free ticket for every 50 booked
* If need can change name on ticket once for $150.00 fee
* Discount with AVIS for car rentals

I ruled out Southwest since they don't fly International, and US Airways does not offer discounts.

Based on the info provided I would vote for AA. We can only use 1 as each requires they be the exclusive provider.
