In the field Media you add the shorttag of the media you wish your person use. At this early time of the Faces of Fedora Project, we can just offer you written Intervies. So you add a W for written.

In the field Name you write down the name of the contributor, you want to see at Faces of Fedora.

In the field Contribution you add the role that the person of your choice plays at the Fedora Project.
