Mozilla troubleshooting

When your Red panda gets ill there's some help for you.

If it dies in pain you can at least rip off the dead body and send the guts to us.

ESR 17 candidate packages for Fedora

We prepared test ESR 17 packages (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/faq/) for Fedora 16 and 17. If you have an issue with those packages please file a bug at bugzilla and note it's the ESR package. Or you can drop a mail at stransky@redhat.com

Especially Thunderbird 17 needs some love from testers (see https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/thunderbird-testers/2012-September/000094.html) because it's going to be with us for long time.

You can install binary packages from mozilla or use native Fedora 16/17 packages:

$ su -
# cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
# wget http://stransky.fedorapeople.org/17ESR/fedora_esr.repo
# yum install firefox thunderbird
