Kannada fonts released by the Brahmi project

Description

Kannada OpenType fonts released by the Brahmi project, as part of the Indian Language Technology Solutions (ILTS) project at Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, India.

Caveats

As usual with GPL fonts:

upstream needs to be contacted to check the GPL versions it accepts
licensing needs to be checked for the FSF GPL font exception, and if it's not present, upstream asked to add it
upstream needs to be asked if there's a separate canonical source for the fonts we should use to honor the GPL
