please answer following questions

Why do you want to work with the Fedora Project?

  • I like the Fedora message and culture, I have been using it for the past year. Before that I was a Debian user for 5 years.

Do you have any past involvement with the Fedora project or any other open source project as a contributor?

  • No.

Did you participate with the past GSoC programs, if so which years, which organizations?

  • This is the first time I have applied for GSoC.

Will you continue contributing/ supporting the Fedora project after the GSoC 2014 program, if yes, which team(s), you are interested with?

  • Yes, I am interested in the Packaging team and Games SIG.

Why should we choose you over other applicants?

I have always wanted to contribute to open source projects, I am hoping GSoC will introduce me to a community and get me started with the contacts to keep contributing and familiarize myself with the general procedure of open source development. I am applying to GSoC looking for a long term relationship with an open source project and its community. If accepted I plan to continue contributing and sticking around with Fedora.
