Objective: Fedora Internet of Things

Goal

Create a Fedora Edition for Internet of Things, which will make Fedora the default for open source innovation on IoT hardware, middleware and backend platforms.

• F28: beta-level "side composes".
• F29: spin-like thing created in infrastructure, with the goal of making this an Edition at that release.
• F30: make an edition at this point if it wasn't ready for F29.
