Post Activity Day (FAD) Survey

At the end of each Fedora Activity Day we need a short survey to be given to each participant. This should be offered to everyone as something to do with their last ten minutes before leaving.

Questions

• Can we ask people to make them not anonymous so that follow-up is possible?

First iteration

For our first iteration, we can ask people to answer a set of questions.

Should they be emailed to a new mailing list? How captured and stored?

Maybe a wiki page for each FAD with survey results on it?

Future ideas

• Web application that can run remotely or from a local system?

• Post FAD survey for SCaLE 7x is the first survey to be run at SCaLE 7x on 20 February 2009.
