Description

Gnome Maps brings OpenStreetMaps to your desktop. Now with routing and geolocation support.

Setup

  • Ensure that Gnome Maps is installed. Enable Location in user menu.

How to test

  1. Run application Maps.
  2. Try to move around the map, zoom in and out.
  3. Try to search.
  4. Try routing between your favourite places using car, bike and walking
  5. Try locate yourself

Expected Results

  1. Maps should start correctly
  2. Map should render correctly, there are no glitches in map rendering.
  3. There should be whispering and search should yield results.
  4. Routing should work correctly
  5. Your position should be correctly set
