Description

This install verifies that the DVD ISO image is recognizable and installable by Anaconda.


How to test

  1. Burn DVD iso needed for a complete install
  2. Boot system from DVD and choose CDROM as install type if not automatically chosen for you
  3. When prompted, choose "Test" to have anaconda check your media
  4. Proceed through install process selecting a set of packages
  5. Remove final DVD before rebooting into installed system when instructed by installer

Expected Results

  1. System should boot into installer properly from DVD image
  2. Media check passes
  3. Anaconda functions properly and successfully installs required packages
  4. Package errors should not occur
  5. System boots successfully
