QA:Testcase radeon restartx

Description

This test case tests whether, when using the Radeon driver, X can successfully shut down and restart. You must be using a card supported by the Radeon video driver.

How to test

1. Ensure the 'nomodeset' kernel parameter is not enabled in your bootloader configuration (unless you need it for basic X operation to succeed)
2. Ensure the file /etc/X11/xorg.conf does not exist, or is a known-good configuration file that uses the 'radeon' driver
3. Shut your system down entirely, then start it up again, in console mode. When the boot prompt appears, hit a key to allow you to change the boot options. Hit the 'e' key on the default entry, select the kernel options line, hit 'e' again, and add simply a space and the number '3' to the end of the line. On the live CD, hit any key when the 'automatic boot in X seconds' prompt is showing, then hit tab to edit boot options and make the change. Then boot with that change
4. The system will boot to the console. Log in as a normal user (if using the live image, username is liveuser, no password)
5. Start X: startx. Verify that it works as usual
6. Log out from your desktop environment. This should stop X and return you to the console. Check there are no unusual errors
7. Start X again: startx. Again test that it works as usual

Expected Results

1. X should work properly both the first and second times it is started
