Release Party F15 Quezon City

Fedora 15 Release Party is tentatively set for June 18, 2011 at the Balay Kalinaw inside the University of the Philippines Campus in Diliman, Quezon City. The event will be held in cooperation with the University of the Philippines Linux User Group (UnPLUG).

Program of Activities (tentative)

• The party will be BarCamp-style with Fedora talks to start things off.
• UnPLUG will also do a possible launch of foss.up.edu.ph
• Voted in topics for 10-15min talks; lightning talks for 2mins
• Lots of socializing
• The idea is to start collaborating with students on FOSS activities
