Before the release of Fedora 21, the Security Guide needs an audit to make sure that the information contained within is current and accurate. Below are the files that comprise the guide and whether or not they've been audited and if work needs to be done to them.

Goals

  1. Provide specific instructions for hardening Linux systems.
  2. Provide specific appropriate cryptographic instructions (bit strength) IAW trusted sources (NIST, etc).
  3. Remove teaching stuff (this is not a textbook).
  4. Remove (comment out) or rewrite old information that is no longer current.
  5. Fix markup. Make more consistent.
