As an end user not contributing any more than bug reports to Fedora it feels a bit presumptuous to say that "the EPEL project would like to request that a co-maintainer who is a part of EPEL be added to your packages."
And "The EPEL team appreciate your help with EPEL." though of course i hope that that is true.
I would propose changing the third paragraph to:
"If you are not interested in EPEL or don't feel like you have the time to put your packages into EPEL, the EPEL project might like to request that a co-maintainer who is a part of EPEL be added to your packages."
And the fourth to something along the lines of this:
"Either way, thanks for the time you invested in packaging this software for Fedora! Much appreciated!"
