to a useful value in MediaWiki:

Alright, so, I made a number of edits today:
- Deleted Makefile.PL vs Build.PL -- this has basically been obsoleted by recent advancements in, among other things, Module::Install; Build.PL is no longer automagically preferred
- Added a stub section for:
- App::* namespace packages
- RPM helper macros
