About

I am Gent from Kosovo, a new-born country in South-Eastern Europe. I am currently doing an exchange program in Huntsville, Alabama.

My first experience with GNU/Linux was in early 2009 at a GNU/Linux course organized by FLOSSK, back than I started to use Ubuntu then I switched to Fedora in early 2010 and on the 13th of October, 2010 I was sponsored as an official Ambassador, mentored by Bert Desmet and supported by Robert Scheck. I co-organized many local events and participated in international events, I was sponsored by Fedora whom I am very thankful for giving me the chance to travel abroad, meet fellow contributors, learn new things, share ideas etc.
