I've been a user of Fedora since 2006.  Before that, I'd used Scientific Linux, Ubuntu, Gentoo, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Fedora Core, SuSE, RedHat 7, Irix, Solaris, HPUX, and... oh yea, senior RS6000 / AIX tape rotator... I'm sure I'm forgetting something else.

For now, if you're really jonezing to see a picture of me eating sushi, you're all set.

I'm a board member of WPLUG since 2007. We always have a box of Ubuntu CD's at our meetings that people can just take. I want their to be a box of Fedora CD's too (and now there is -- and its awesome). We're trying to get WPLUG into some community outreach events. For those events, I'd like to be able to tell people not just that I like Fedora, but that in some very small way I am affiliated with it, and I can help them or help them find help.

Part of what I do professionally involves maintaining a small work group of 10 workstations. We use Fedora on these workstations, and its been great. This group of workstations is for a new lab that was started up. They had to decide whether they wanted to use Windows, Mac, or Linux. It ended up that Linux would be the foundation, and so far, so good. I've put on some "getting started with Linux" talks for them, and would like to do some more of them.
