My name is Saahil and i am an undergraduate student at Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka, India. I am pursuing Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering. My first linux experience came on Mandrake distro around 2 years back (as on 09/07/2008). I have been using Fedora 8 as an OS on my machine since September 2007 and have also completely took to open source computing.
I have a working knowledge of C++, java, html, flash and other web development tools. I am also doing a self learning course for Google's Android platform. I plan to participate in programs related to spreading information about open source computing, the power of open source development tools and web forums in developing tools for open source platforms.
