My name is Striker.. Seriously.. I work at Red Hat as a Desktop Support Specialist for the Red Hat employees. I cater to the needs of their work, making sure everything works and runs as smoothly as possible on the user's machine. I love talking to people and listening to them as a problem is solved. It makes me happy to know that I work for such a wonderful company.
I wish to forward my experiences to the public, formally. Fedora is the future, and I want to be a part of it as an Ambassador.
Contacting me is quite easy, as I am normally residing on Freenode's IRC server. The channels I normally join are #fedora, ##fedora, #e, #rhel and #milspeclinux.
