QAFormat

When you review a package, it is better to do it in the standard way described on this page, to make it possible to automate the publishing of the package. Here is a proposal of the standard package for QA approvals (example for bash-completion):

* (Un)Installs/Upgrades without problems on FC1
* Runs on FC1
* Spec file -- Looked at and appears fine
