License Notes
This license was found in the CPAN module App::s2p. It is Free, but GPL-compatible, because of the way it is worded. A combination of this license with the GPL (any version) would result in adding restrictions that could restrict others from using, modifying, distributing, and selling the program. Additionally, it is noteworthy that this license does not contain any warranty disclaimer, and we do not recommend its use outside of App::s2p.
