Description

Ext 4 fs torrent download (this is a good stress-test for allocator/extent code)


How to test

  1. Boot the F11 installer and install root onto ext4
  2. Alternately use separate ext4 filesystem under F11 kernel
  3. Download a large torrentfile (Fedora DVD would suffice)
  4. Check md5sum when download completes
  5. Reboot and confirm file still has correct md5sum
  6. Boot to rescue
  7. fsck root filesystem


Expected Results

  1. torrent download completes and md5sum is correct
  2. md5sum is correct post-reboot
  3. filesystem fsck is clean
