KDE 4.8.0 blocker

• KDE 4.8.0 blockers: new nepomuk config group (#771053) is fixed
• PowerDevil is actually a regression (lid close) (#771054)
• AGREED: to no longer consider these two bugs (PowerDevil, Gwenview) as a blocker bug

qt/kde in critpath

• the main issue for KDE is that critpath is dep-transitive
• critpath goes beyond "system boots and updates"
• AGREED: to postpone critpath to DevConf

ConsoleKit breakage

• short-term fix by adding ConsoleKit reqs (done by Kevin_Kofler)
• waiting for long term fix
