Firefox 3 snapshot packages have been in rawhide for a while now. Firefox 3 is not yet officially released upstream, which is why the feature is not 100% but we've been getting snapshots near daily.
Usage cases/rationale
Move to the latest upstream version of Firefox
Scope
Requires the introduction of XULRunner into the Fedora branch, and building against the XULRunner package.
Test Plan
Mozilla has an extensive test and regression suite, including smoketests, mochitests, and talos.

Details
Introduce Firefox 3 in Rawhide, replacing Firefox 2
Contingency Plan
Not applicable. This feature is already in rawhide and will not be coming out as it is closely related to XULRunner (another new feature in Fedora 9).
