ANOOP JOSE I'm a student of Mahendra Engineering College. I'm doing my B.E. in Electronics and communication Engineering. I'm a great fan of Linux and also the open source world. I came to know that only a few people in my locality know what linux is. Even my friends got stunned by the interface and desktop effects of linux and asked me whether it is a theme of windows. So I have decided to spread the glory of linux both in my campus and the surrounding locality. Since people are unaware of the open source operating system they spend a lot on their costly OS or use pirated Os as an alternative. They are unaware of the problems caused by using pirated OS.
MY PLANS 1. Conducting workshops on Linux. 2. Placing banners in my locality. 3. Installing Linux in my campus PC's
