Event Budget
Use this section to identify and record any budget requirements for your event. This is a critical part of event planning and helps the Fedora Project use its budget effectively. Often this part of an events page changes frequently as planning develops. Please keep it up to date. List everything that you need Fedora to provide so there aren't any surprises at the last minute.

__ Diamond – ($11,500) [only 1 spot availability]

package will demonstrate your organization’s leadership role in the Linux and open-source community.
The diamond level includes a two (2) page color ad in the conference program, mention in press releases, prominent logo
placement on website and in conference signs, your choice of 20’x20’ or 10’x40’ exhibit booth space, a full day vendor
tutorial slot, first logo listing on conference website, first choice on booth location, and the first opportunity to host a
conference reception.

The Platinum Sponsorship package allows your organization to participate in high profile marketing opportunities at the Texas
Linux Fest. It includes a full page color ad in the conference program, mention in press releases, prominent logo placement on
website and in conference signs, 10’x30’ exhibit booth space, as well as a full day vendor tutorial slot.
Platinum sponsors will also receive an additional tote bag insert.

__ Gold – ($5500)

The Gold sponsorship includes a half-page program ad, logo placement on website, a 10’x20’ exhibit booth space, and a half-
day vendor tutorial slot. Gold sponsors are also allowed one tote-bag insert.

__ Silver – ($3500)

The Silver sponsorship includes a quarter-page program ad, logo placement on website, and 10’x10’ exhibit booth space.

__ Community Exhibitor – (Please Contact us for Pricing)

The Community Exhibitor sponsorship includes a 10’x10’ exhibit hall booth space. This package is only for non-profits and
approved community organizations wishing to support TXLF.

__ Tote Bag Insert – ($500)

Include a single item in the tote bag received by each attendee. This can also be added to any existing sponsorship for
additional tote bag inserts.

__ Track Sponsorship – ($1000)

The Speaker track sponsorships allows you to sponsor one of the presentation rooms at Texas Linux Fest. Your logo will be
placed on any signs related to the track. Additionally, prior to each presentation in your sponsored track, a short
announcement will be read about your organization, products or services.

[user:parasense] Recommend Silver sponsorship level. In the past we have done Gold level, and bag insert, but this year we should go more conservative due to budget constraints, and shoot for silver or community sponsorship.
