February marked the end of Q4 2010 (December 2009 - February 2010).  FAmSCo's total budget for this quarter was $32,000.
We finished the quarter under budget, but the [[Community Architecture]] team used some of that extra budget for other purposes related to open source in education.
We definitely need to spend more money in LATAM, India, and APAC.
