How to test

  1. Add the repo for Google Chrome
    1. Run with sudo $ vi /etc/yum.repos.d/google-chrome.repo
    2. Copy the repo contents carefully

[google-chrome] name=google-chrome baseurl=http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/x86_64 skip_if_unavailable=True gpgcheck=1 gpgkey=https://dl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub enabled=1 enabled_metadata=1

  1. Verify by running cat /etc/yum.repos.d/google-chrome.repo
  2. Execute $ sudo rpm-ostree install google-chrome-stable

Expected Results

The following must be true to consider this a successful test run.

  1. The repo should have google chrome
  2. The system reboots
  3. Chrome is usable
