Lead writer duties:
 
* Takes accountability for ensuring that all other writers/contributors are working to meet group milestones.
* Leads any meetings, where such leadership is required.
* Can choose to have that title in the credits, as a reward for extra work. ;-D
* Makes the formal request to a lead editor or publication editor to have document published
* Request made in e.g. Plone workflow, bugzilla ticket, whatever process is in place
* What else?
