New FESCo Chair

  • jds2001 was choosen to be the new chair for FESCo.

FESCo Meeting Time

  • FESCo will meet on Friday's at 17:00GMT (Noon EST) beginning on January 16th, 2009.

ProvenPackagers

  • FESCo approved a proposal for packages that wish to prevent provenpackager commits to require FESCo approval.
    • For: jds2001, sharkcz, dwmw2, j-rod, nirik, bpepple, jwb
    • Against: notting
    • Abstain: dgilmore
  • Discussed the initial seeding of the provenpackager group, and there will be a session at FUDCon to see if a reasonable solution can be worked out.
