Make stronger policy/guideline that ABI/API/soname breakage should always be announced fedora-devel-announce (not f-d-l)

FESCo declined this proposal by a 5.5-0 vote (with one abstention), mainly as the proposed solution was deemed unlikely to be effective.

How to deal with Requires.privates in pkg-config

FESCo voted 7-0 to leave the package as it currently stands.

Lenient hash check for noarch subpackages

FESCo declined this proposal with 4 negative votes and one abstention, on the premise that all noarch packages should require such checks, not just noarch subpackages.

Select Fedora representative for LSB =

Dennis Gilmore's de facto participation as the LSB representative for Fedora/FESCo was formalized by a 6-0 vote.

Document "Rawhide cannot go backwards" rule

FESCo approved documenting this policy by a 6-0 vote. Josh Boyer volunteered to write the documentation.

This was tabled until after a threat assessment could be made. Mike McGrath volunteered to do the threat assessment.

Features

FESCo was fine with the current status of ext4; no change to the feature's status for Fedora 11 is required.
