Francesco Ugolini announced [1] that ROdrigo Padula has been acknowledged as the LATAM Ambassadors administrator.  Rodrigo is a long time Fedora Ambassador and a current member of the Fedora Ambassador Steering Committee.  The role includes acting as a bridge for the LATAM community for ambassador resources.
