Main purposes of the application:

• Make it possible for other Ambassadors to know how many items do other Ambassadors have
• Assemble Ambassador Teams (by Country, by Interest, etc.)
• Show dynamic graphics about the current stock, our spread, etc. (~reports per team - council, FPL)
• Automatically track packages sent via FedEx, and such (tracked package notes)
• Make sure it is possible to order SWAG without sending a load of emails, and possibly implement feedback by the recipient
• Swag management and event tools management, requests handling
  • Assign people to the event
    • Keep track of who went where more easily
  • Assign swag budget to the event
    • Keep track of how much SWAG we gave away
    • Possibly also the who
  • Assign monetary budget to the event
    • Keep track of how much money we have left in the fiscal quarter
• Metrics about: Swag given away versus the money spent, etc.
• Automatically notify Ambassadors about incoming orders from their teammates
• See how each region (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM..) are performing include diagrams, and schedules from the wranglers, ambassadors.
• Collect reports, and make it visible to the necessary teams in html and text in clickable links

Long term improvement plans:

• Connect FedoCal with FedInv, and utilize the scheduling and feedback with events, possibly reports
• Connection with FedMsg - and utilize the communication possibilities in channels where is necessary (reminders, event swag requests, reimbursements, fundings and more)
