Aims to provide the program for a FAD (Fedora Activity Day) in Portugal gathering all the contributors and fedora enthusiasts in order to discuss the real status of everyone involved and how we can help each other mutually. Also a goal is to reinforce and find ways to bring more people from Portugal into the Fedora Project and provide a better pt_PT support in Fedora.

The "Portugal FAD" will have place in the city of Aveiro at the installations of IPAM (Portuguese Institute for Marketing Management).

Network, power plugs, auditorium and beamers present. Possibility of remote broadcasting for remote attendees.

• Single day event, no requirements for accommodation.

Food

• Due to the number of people involved on this, there is no need to make reservations.
• Socializing Dinner in the end and Socializing meeting in a local Bar.

Pre-Event

This event is endorsed to all Fedora contributors and enthusiasts. In addition, since we are taking hot topics like the language topic (pt_PT), this event should be opened to all Portuguese enthusiasts, despite of their preferences distribution wise. In fact we will encourage contributors from other FOSS Projects to participate, such as GNOME or KDE.
