Fedora Quality Assurance
Benvenuto nel progetto Fedora QA. Fedora QA è il progetto che copre tutte le fasi di test del software che compone Fedora. E' il nostro obbiettivo, migliorare continuamente la qualità dei rilasci e degli aggiornamenti di Fedora.
Attività
Il progetto Quality Assurance è impegnato nelle seguenti attività:
- Testare il software che viene rilasciato in Rawhide, updates-testing, o come appare in una release pubblica supportata
- Attraverso il gruppo BugZappers, agendo da tramite tra gli utenti e gli sviluppatori, aiutare a trovare ed a risolvere i bug
- Sviluppando ed eseguendo test plans e test cases per testare importanti funzionalità, in modo sistematico, di solito in cooperazione con tester multipli
- Sviluppando ed eseguendo strumenti che fanno uso di automatismi per trovare potenziali bug
- Eseguendo test days per coordinare i test, focalizzati su una proprietà o componente specifica
- Lavorando con gli sviluppatori e i release engineers per garantire i release criteria, usate per determinare quali bug dovrebbero esssere risolti prima di realizzare una pre-release o una release finale di Fedora.

Get Involved
We're always eager to have new contributors to the QA project, no matter your experience level. If you'd like to get involved with helping to make Fedora better, read the What can I do? page to find out how to join in with QA activities. There are tasks available for every level of expertise and available spare time.
If you'd like to get involved with Fedora but QA doesn't sound like the group for you, think about joining another Fedora project instead.
Communicate
QA project meetings are held Mondays at 16.00 UTC in the fedora meeting channel on IRC. Everyone is welcome to come along, especially if you're thinking of getting involved with QA and would like to ask some questions first.

- Attend QA meeting on IRC (if you join the channel at a different time, you'll find another group's meeting)
- Talk to other QA members on our permanent IRC channel
