Description

Test whether a IMAP account can be connected to the GNOME Online Accounts.

Setup

  1. Have an email account with IMAP support.
  2. Install Fedora Workstation.
  3. Install Evolution application.

How to test

  1. Start System Settings -> Online Accounts.
  2. Request to add a new "IMAP and SMTP" account.
  3. Provide your credentials and adjust configuration, if needed, according to documentation of your email provider.
  4. Online Accounts should now display your IMAP+SMTP account as added.
  5. Run Evolution, your email account should be added. You should be able to receive and send emails.

Expected Results

  1. You can control your email account through Evolution.
  2. Please report all failures to the gnome-online-accounts tracker or Evolution tracker.
