Description

Test Gnome Text Editor

Setup

  1. Ensure that Package-x-generic-16.pnggnome-text-editor is installed.

How to test

  1. From your favorite VT run gnome-text-editor or head over to overview and Text Editor
  2. Open dropdown should give all previously opened items
  3. Hamburger menu has choice for theme, change and see
  4. Accidentally close the 'text editor by pkill

Expected Results

  1. Gnome Text Editor should be default for all text
  2. Copying,pasting,creating and saving files should work
  3. Themes should be changeable
  4. If accidentally closed, the text editor should restart with whatever was the last state
