Repeated Discussion Topics

Introduction

There are some discussions that come up on the Fedora mailing lists, irc channels or forums over and over again. These are topics where the issues are well understood by a number of people, but are often 're-ignited' by someone new to the discussion asking all the same questions again. After a number of times these discussions are a drain on people. This page is an attempt to document some of these discussions. This will allow people to read up on previous cycles of the discussion, gather more info and read thoughts from before before deciding if they have anything new worth re-opening the discussion.
