{{admon/note | Can't make the date? | If you come to this page before or after the test day is completed, your testing is still valuable, and you can use the information on this page to test, file any bugs you find at [http://bugzilla.redhat.com Bugzilla], and add your results to the results section. If this page is more than a month old when you arrive here, please check the [[QA/Test_Days|current schedule]] and see if a similar but more recent Test Day is planned or has already happened.}}

* OpenStack installation [outside the scope of test day to set up!]
* Virt-Manager or KVM setup to run the qcow2 image.
* Run [http://github.com/Rorosha/testCloud testCloud] locally

== How to test? ==

Grab the image and use it as you normally would. Report any abnormalities.

=== '''Grab the Image''' ===

To test Fedora Cloud, we're going to use a TC1 build located here: [http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/22_TC1/Cloud_Images/x86_64/Images/Fedora-Cloud-Base-22_TC1-20150428.x86_64.qcow2]. You can also use one of the AMIs if you would prefer to do your testing on Amazon Web Services.

=== '''Upload to a Cloud Service''' ===

If you have an OpenStack instance handy, import into glance (or use the web UI). Note that older OpenStack installations may require conversion to qcow 2 format.

=== '''''OR'' Test Locally''' ===

See instructions http://worknotes.readthedocs.org/en/latest/cloudimages.html#how-to-test-a-koji-image-in-your-local-computer for testing the cloud image without a full cloud environment

== Test Cases ==

The tests are located [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Template:Cloud_test_matrix here].

== Test Results ==

If you are unsure about exactly how to file a bug report or what other information to include, just ask on IRC and we will help you. Once you have completed the tests, add your results to the appropriate table below, following the example results from the first line as a template. The first column should be your name with a link to your User page in the Wiki if you have one. For each test case, use the [[Template:result|result template]] to enter your result, as shown in the example result line.
