I know that this is an unsolved problem. But it resulted in intermittent live builds of sugar-desktop (SoaS live)
and ultimately resulted in the non-inclusion of SoaS. as a regular live spin.
Through the kindness of people involved; Soas was included in a separate " unofficial" directory. [ 2 ]
and linked in the f24 "get fedora" web page. Thankyou.
