Live USB Creator Stand

I have the materials to make a Live USB Creator stand

  • Acrylic (Clear or Blue?)
  • Neutrik Rugged USB Receptacle
  • Gravograph Laser Cutter/Engraver

I made a really quick rough draft, which is downloadable here

A better draft is being made up, and more pictures etc. will go here when it gets done.

Design Specs.

In order to be successful, the stand needs to be;

  • Rugged
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to store
  • Simple to understand
  • Fairly Basic
  • Aesthetically pleasing
  • Fairly cheap, so that if it does break one can be made again quickly
  • Safe! (i.e. no sharp corners)
